1. Ratio: this kind of silicone KD-SY1018TD mixed with catalyst 1 a ratio of 10: 1
2. Production usage: For logo, trademark and any pattern you want to print on film paper and then heat transfer on fabric.
3. Advantages: Fast thickness, good Tensile Properties, Easily released from PET film sheet and strong fasteness with fabric, excellent elastic rebound, no crack, seep or peel off.
Topic about making Reverse heat transfer silicone
Preparaion: Heat transfer printing silicone (code KD-SY1018TD), #1 or #3 Catalyst, Crosslinker #2A and catalyst #2B, Heat melt glue and PET film sheet.
Step 1: Mix heat transfer silicone SY1018 with catalyst at a ratio of 10:1, and print on PET film sheet for any thickness that you would like to have. Everytime you print silicone needs baking to surface dry.
Step 2: Mix Crosslinker Special#2A with 2B at a ratio of 1:1, then print one or two times.
Step 3: Print heat melt glue 5-8 times to surface dry.
Step 4: Leave it for 4 hours and then put in oven and bake with 120 degree centigrade for an hour.
Step 5: Press it together with cloth at 160 degree centigrade for 15 sec then the pattern will be tranfered on cloth.
