Product Description
1. Ratio: this kind of silicone KD-SY1001A mixed with catalyst 3 if temperature lower than 20 degree centigrade or catalyst 5 if temperature higher than 20 degree centigrade at a ratio of 10: 1
2. Production usage: SY1001 is used for base coating and color coating on general fabric, sepcially on yoga mat. Then use SY1012 for matt top / surface coating.
3. Advantages: Stick to fabric, good fastness, low viscosity, easy to print and mix with color pigment. Long active time, doesnot stratify overnight, no crack, seep, or peel off. Excellent elastic rebound, have a comparably shorter surface drying time.
