Product Description
1. Ratio: this kind of silicone KD-SY1001 mixed with catalyst 3 if temperature lower than 20 degree centigrade or catalyst 5 if temperature higher than 20 degree centigrade at a ratio of 10: 1
2. Production usage: Use SY1001 for base / under coating on gloves, then print SY1005 glossy silicone on top for the shinny effect.
3. Advantages: Stick to fabric, good fastness, low viscosity, easy to print and mix with color pigment. Long active time, doesnot stratify overnight, no crack, seep, or peel off. Excellent elastic rebound, perfect for printing on gloves, makes good friction.
