Product Description
1. Ratio: this kind of silicone KD-900-A mixed with catalyst KD900-B a ratio of 10: 1
2. Production usage: For moulding on various kinds of fabric clothes. First mix 900-A silicone with 10% of 900-B catalyst, then paint in on the mold, using automatic embossing machine for heat press so the ink will be transfered onto the fabric. Very easy to operate and the mold can be washed unlimited times with the fabric.
3. Advantages: Molding process will be more efficient than screen printing on clothes patterns, this silicone has fast defoaming speed, solid stickness, 3D visual effects and doesn't seep through fabric.
