Production Usage and Instructions
When printing heat transfer silicone, Hot Melt Glue is used after color coating and adhesive are printed ( here the adhesive as a crosslinker connecting silicone rubber in the bottom and hot melt glue above), and to your kindness notice, adhesive shall not be baked before printing hot melt glue, otherwise it will lose the viscosity.
After hot melt glue is printed and baked, heat transfer logo is completed. The logo on film sheet will stick to clothes after pressure around 15 seconds at degree termperature of 150.
Together with our SY1018TD heat transfer silicone rubber ink, logo will be easily separated from film sheet and firmly stick to clothes.
